2day’s wod was a killer! The warm up alone was 500 dbl unders! Flight simulater: 5 dubs, stop then 10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50, then go back down 45,40, all the way back to 5 w/ each set unbroken! If u trip u gotta do that set all over again. Here’s my reps 5-40. I finished in 8:14. Cutoff was 10 mins

Thanks babe! Pull ups are my weakest movement. I really struggle w/ them. I started to be 100% strict paleo diet about 3 weeks ago, but give myself a cheat day every week :)
2days wod: 4 rds 30 dbl unders,20 box jumps,10 pull ups. Here’s rds 1-2! Im so bad at pull ups but i didnt quit!
